Dunbar is a professional real estate investor and manager who has invested in residential and commercial properties, both locally and internationally.  Mr. Dunbar has lived in the Bellows Falls & Walpole area for the better part of his life and currently resides in Walpole, NH with his wife, Marcie Dunbar, and their five children.  He is also the President of Jancewicz & Son witch was located in Bellows Falls, VT for 86 years. Jancewicz & Son has moved to their new buildings located on North Walpole, NH. Jancewicz & Son is a locally-owned and operated home improvement company that has been in business since 1933.  They have been recognized as a Top 500 remodeling firm by Qualified Remodeling Magazine for seven years running and received a national award for Company of the Year in 2008 by Certified Contractors Network.
